The China-Burma-India
Hump Pilot Association is a non-profit corporation, incorporated in
the State of Kentucky. It is exempt from income tax under the
Federal Internal Revenue Code as a 501(c)(19) War Veterans organization.
Donations made to the Association are deductible from income taxes,
as permitted by law. The Association’s Membership Servicing Office
is located at 3509 Huntington Dr., Amarillo, TX 79109-4043.
After 60 years of activities the Association's Board of Director voted, on September 28, 2005, in Nashville, TN, to dissolve the Associate after the end of the 2005 calendar year due to the advancing age of our members. The Association is now in the dissolution process. Our PX store has ceased operations and the final periodic newsletter has been sent to our members.
At this time one final project is in the process of completion. A final membership roster of our remaining active members is being complied for mailing to our members. Following this mailing the formal dissolution of the Association will be finalized.
Following dissolution of the Association a current membership roster will be maintained at the membership servicing office for an indefinite period. Persons wishing to contact members after dissolution should contact the Membership Servicing Office at the address listed below.
